Knockpace is provided as-is for canvassing crews. You are responsible for how you knock, what you collect at the door, and any work authorization you present.

At signing, the homeowner sees a consent statement under ESIGN and UETA. We store a hash of the document, the signature image, and a record of when it was signed (time, IP, browser, and GPS if they allowed it). This is not legal advice.

Plans are per seat you buy. The 14-day trial does not need a card. After the trial, live location and signed work authorizations, and crew pin sync need an active subscription. Pins already on a phone stay there if you cancel.

You may not use Knockpace to harass anyone or to collect data you have no right to keep. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
